A number of weeks ago, I complained to my staff that my office in Building B was regularly freezing—so cold that it was difficult to work even with a sweater and a space heater running nonstop. Although I am new I understand that because of the age of the building heat in my office has had been a challenge for years. I also understand, however, that you and others found a way to take care of the problem. The last month the heat has been perfect—very comfortable, despite a number of very cold stretches.
